The MP4000 is a 40-ton Ironworker, powered by a 110V, single-phase standard wall outlet or generator. Its compact, sturdy design boasts 40 tons of pressure at the punch station and 20 tons of pressure at the central workstation. This allows the user to punch a ¾” round hole through 1/2” mild steel (capable of larger holes through thinner mild steel).  METALpro’s footswitch design controls a hydraulic power system.

This machine comes standard equipped with METALpro’s punch station, ready to accept any size punch and die set or accessory to fit your needs. With an open central workstation, this gives users the option to pick between any one of METALpro’s 3-in-1 shears (6-inch, 8-inch, 12-inch) or brakes (8-inch or 12-inch). METALpro stands behind their machines with a three-year limited manufacturing warranty. All METALpro machines and accessories are proudly made in the USA and built to last.

METALpro’s 8” brake accessory fits in any METALpro Ironworkers central workstation. This accessory comes equipped with a standard 90-degree forming brake die set (10-gauge upper punch and 3/16” lower die). METALpro offers an assortment of die sizes and styles,  capable of forming 28 gauge to ½” mild steel (width limited to tonnage requirements). All METALpro machines and accessories are proudly made in the USA and built to last.

The METALpro MP4110 is a universal brake that can be used in all METALpro machine models. It can also be used in other applications, such as H-frame presses.

Calculating bending tonnage: 150 x material thickness = Tonnage required for 12″ length of mild steel

Always bend material (regardless of width) in the center of the brake.

The MP8BG is a brake guide extension that attaches to the 8” METALpro brake. It comes with L brackets that can be used as a guide to ensure square bends or to set stops. MP8BG is compatible with all brake die sets.

The METALpro MPBBS is a brake stop that fits on our 8 and 12-inch METALpro Brakes. The MPBBS has an adjustable back stop up to 19 inches from the backside of the die. This stop will ensure repeat bends are consistent, accurate and timely. With the slotted T channel you can micro-adjust your stop to get the exact bend you are looking to achieve. This METALpro accessory is designed to save you time and money, making you more efficient.

Shipping: Beaver Industrial Supply offers free shipping on orders over $199, with the exception of Sawstop and Laguna, which require additional fees to be collected. Other exceptions apply as noted on product pages.

We reserve the right to determine the fastest and most cost-effective manner of transportation for all orders that qualify for free shipping. Our shipping carriers cannot deliver to PO box or U.S. military post office box addresses, such as APO and FPO, so we require a physical street address for delivery. We use USPS, which typically takes 2-8 days for delivery, depending on your location, for smaller items and UPS Ground for all other ground shipments under 150 pounds.

• Returns: We accept returns and exchanges for a fee up to 30 days in unopened, new, and unused condition in the original packaging. Exceptions apply.

Please note, NO REFUNDS will be given on any new, used, or damaged item if it is not returned in the original packaging, no matter what condition the packaging is in. If the item qualifies for free shipping, you will be charged the original shipping cost and are responsible for shipping the product back with the shipping carrier of your choice.

We must receive the item undamaged. We recommend you package it accordingly and purchase insurance for higher-priced items to ensure you receive the full refund minus any incurred fees as applicable. We reserve the right to refuse the return of accessories.

Because items are your responsibility until they reach us, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you of the value of the goods. Return shipping is at the customer's cost. At Beaver Industrial Supply’s discretion, delivery charges can be refunded if the goods are defective.

Returns require a return authorization number. Please call customer service at 314-773-5999 or submit a customer service inquiry to start the exchange or return process and receive an authorization number.

Machinery too large for parcel shipment (palletized or crated) is only returnable if there is a material defect that cannot be resolved by replacing components.
