The Mafell Arunda 60-1B Midi Dovetail Joint Milling Template System is designed for routing shallow-depth wood-to-wood timber connections in floor joists, rafters, and light-to-medium timber framing components. Suitable for timber widths from 45 mm to 120 mm (1-3/4 in. to 4-3/4 in.) and heights from 90 mm to 300 mm (3-1/2 in. to 11-13/16 in.), the 60-1B system produces a 21 mm (13/16 in.) joint depth, preserving section strength on main receiving beams.

Used with a compatible high-output router like the Mafell LO 65 Ec, the 60-1B template set guides the router bit along precise male and female contours. The resulting self-tightening dovetail joint drops together seamlessly from above, pulling structural members together tightly while eliminating exposed metal hangers or screws. The 21 mm penetration depth is specifically engineered for framing layouts where full 37 mm socket depth is unnecessary or structurally restricted.

The Midi set contains all necessary core system tooling, including tenon and mortise templates, dedicated cutter head with reversible carbide blades, guide ring, setting gauge, spare blades, and a custom wooden transport case.

Select the Arunda 60-1B when working with timber widths from 45 mm to 120 mm (1-3/4 in. to 4-3/4 in.) where a shallow 21 mm joint depth is required. For applications demanding a deeper 37 mm structural joint, choose the Arunda 50N (45 to 80 mm width), Arunda 80N (80 to 140 mm width), or Arunda 120N (120 to 200 mm width).

• Returns: We accept returns and exchanges for a fee up to 30 days in unopened, new, and unused condition in the original packaging. Exceptions apply.

Please note, NO REFUNDS will be given on any new, used, or damaged item if it is not returned in the original packaging, no matter what condition the packaging is in. If the item qualifies for free shipping, you will be charged the original shipping cost and are responsible for shipping the product back with the shipping carrier of your choice.

We must receive the item undamaged. We recommend you package it accordingly and purchase insurance for higher-priced items to ensure you receive the full refund minus any incurred fees as applicable. We reserve the right to refuse the return of accessories.

Because items are your responsibility until they reach us, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you of the value of the goods. Return shipping is at the customer's cost. At Beaver Industrial Supply’s discretion, delivery charges can be refunded if the goods are defective.

Returns require a return authorization number. Please call customer service at 314-773-5999 or submit a customer service inquiry to start the exchange or return process and receive an authorization number.

Machinery too large for parcel shipment (palletized or crated) is only returnable if there is a material defect that cannot be resolved by replacing components.
