The Baileigh WBS-37VH is the 460V configuration of Baileigh's vacuum wide belt sander. Its 5 HP vacuum conveyor holds the workpiece to the table instead of relying on the contact roller for grip, which is what makes a 2" x 2" minimum part size possible. Material as thin as 1/64" runs without chatter or shifting, and with the vacuum switched off the machine handles conventional parts from 8" x 2" up to 37" wide and 6" thick.

For a fabrication or machining shop, the payoff is consolidation. Small parts that would otherwise route to a benchtop grinder or a hand-polishing station stay on one automated machine, which cuts the labor in the finishing cell and delivers a finish that does not vary from operator to operator.

The rest of the machine matches the WBS-37 line: 10 HP main motor, 2,700 FPM belt speed, 2 to 26 FPM variable conveyor feed, auto belt tracking, automatic thickness sensing with automatic height adjustment, ten programmable height presets on the HMI, digital readout, work lights, and machine status indicators. Safety is UL 987 certified and includes door interlocks, a main and an infeed emergency stop, a part height detection bar, a quick-stop abrasive brake, and a locking on/off switch.

Because items are your responsibility until they reach us, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you of the value of the goods. Return shipping is at the customer's cost. At Beaver Industrial Supply’s discretion, delivery charges can be refunded if the goods are defective.

Machinery too large for parcel shipment (palletized or crated) is only returnable if there is a material defect that cannot be resolved by replacing components.
