Lamello Zeta P2 P-System Biscuit Joiner, Corded, with Carbide Cutter, in Systainer Case 101403S
The Lamello Zeta P2 is the profile biscuit joiner that unlocks the full potential of the P-System, a revolutionary workflow for creating exceptionally fast and strong joints. Designed for dedicated workshop use, this corded model features the innovative Vertical Mechanical Drive (VMD), which automatically creates the P-System's signature T-slot profile groove in a single plunge. This unique functionality enables the tool-free, form-locking anchorage of all P-System connectors, streamlining production and assembly processes. This version comes equipped with a versatile, sharpenable carbide-tipped cutter, making it the perfect choice for woodworkers who specialize in solid wood applications and demand pristine, high-quality results.
Features & Benefits
- Unique Vertical Mechanical Drive (VMD): The core technology of the Zeta P2, this reliable, fully mechanical drive performs an automatic vertical movement at maximum plunge depth. This creates the essential profile groove for the P-System, ensuring perfect, repeatable connections with unmatched speed and simplicity.
- Sharpenable Carbide-Tipped Groove Cutter: Includes the 100 x 7 x 22mm carbide cutter, which is specifically recommended for use in denser hardwoods. This cutter offers the distinct advantage of being re-sharpenable, providing excellent long-term value and peak performance for solid wood specialists.
- P-System Depth Adjuster: A simple rotating dial features five depth settings for different P-System connectors plus an 'OFF' setting. This allows for instant, tool-free switching between connector types, maximizing workflow efficiency and minimizing the risk of errors.
- Dual Functionality: By deactivating the VMD (setting the depth adjuster to 'OFF') and swapping to a 4mm blade, the Zeta P2 functions as a standard biscuit joiner for traditional wood biscuits. This provides maximum versatility from a single, high-precision tool.
- Precision Machining & Alignment: Features like the swiveling front stop with a fixed pivot point and the multifunctional stop square ensure perfect alignment, centered grooves, and stable operation for flawless, professional results in any application.
Applications
- Creating form-locking P-System grooves for all Lamello connectors, including Clamex, Tenso, Bisco, and Divario.
- Ideal for high-end cabinet construction, custom furniture assembly, solid wood joinery, and architectural millwork.
- Joining a wide range of materials, with a focus on solid hardwoods, plywood, and MDF.
- Perfect for executing strong and precise miter joints, butt joints, and complex angled connections with minimal setup time.
