Magnefix Jaw Caps are designed to protect both the vise jaws and the workpiece from marring and distortion during any clamping application. The caps are magnetic towards the vise side to prevent steel fillings from attaching themselves to the jaws and keep the clamped part from becoming magnetized. Magnefix Jaw Caps are right-angled and surface parallel to fit any vise type, including machine and bench vises. We recommend them for use in production and assembly operations.
