Elite offers World Class Mills fully loaded with features. When working on the design of the mills we focused our efforts on the most accurate spindle assembly to meet strict tolerance requirements. To improve the reliability and durability we went back and did things the old fashioned way, we hand scraped the ways to a minimum of 16-point per inch. For operator safety all Elite Mills are CSA / CUS Certified and all come with a spindle safety guard.

• Spindle utilizes class 7210 (P4, ABEC-7) precision angular bearings for the industry leading spindle taper runout of 0.00012"
• Chromium Molybdenum spindle is fully hardened through a carbonizing treatment and is precisely ground to maintain strict tolerances
• Seamless, one-piece, steel quill is induction hardened and chromed for increased strength and precision ground for greater accuracy
• The Y and Z-Axis ways are hand scraped to a minimum of 16 points per square inch for greater oil retention and smooth movements
• Heat treated and polished lead screws are supported by thrust bearings ensuring smooth, incremental movements of the table under load
• The table and saddle backlash is controlled by an advanced double nut design that eliminates end-play for precisely controlled lateral movements
• A patented vari-disc key provides upt to ten times the wear resistance than aluminum or brass keys
• Variable speed pulleys are ground and multiplane dynamically balanced, reducing vibration and ensuring smooth speed transitions
• Ball bearing support of the motor shaft ensures proper loading, support and alignment for quiet, accurate operation at any speed
• Hardened and ground table provides a stable and accurate platform for milling a diverse variety of materials
• Every thirty minutes, with a flow of 3 to 6 cc/cy your Elite mill is automatically lubricated
• Stainless steel Y-Axis way cover provides extra years of protection over the standard sheet metal cover
• Certified Meehanite® castings retain their tolerances and remain rigid through many years of machining
• The electronic spindle brake, when activated, interrupts power to the spindle to prevent acidental start ups
• The mounted control box houses major mill functions as well as an emergency stop button

JET Tools warrants every product it sells. If one of our tools needs service or repair, one of our Authorized Service Centers located throughout the United States can give you quick service. In most cases, any of these Walter Meier Authorized Service Centers can authorize warranty repair, assist you in obtaining parts, or perform routine maintenance and major repair on your JET or Wilton tools.

Shipping: Beaver Industrial Supply offers free shipping on orders over $199, with the exception of Sawstop and Laguna, which require additional fees to be collected. Other exceptions apply as noted on product pages.

We reserve the right to determine the fastest and most cost-effective manner of transportation for all orders that qualify for free shipping. Our shipping carriers cannot deliver to PO box or U.S. military post office box addresses, such as APO and FPO, so we require a physical street address for delivery. We use USPS, which typically takes 2-8 days for delivery, depending on your location, for smaller items and UPS Ground for all other ground shipments under 150 pounds.

• Returns: We accept returns and exchanges for a fee up to 30 days in unopened, new, and unused condition in the original packaging. Exceptions apply.

Please note, NO REFUNDS will be given on any new, used, or damaged item if it is not returned in the original packaging, no matter what condition the packaging is in. If the item qualifies for free shipping, you will be charged the original shipping cost and are responsible for shipping the product back with the shipping carrier of your choice.

We must receive the item undamaged. We recommend you package it accordingly and purchase insurance for higher-priced items to ensure you receive the full refund minus any incurred fees as applicable. We reserve the right to refuse the return of accessories.

Because items are your responsibility until they reach us, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you of the value of the goods. Return shipping is at the customer's cost. At Beaver Industrial Supply’s discretion, delivery charges can be refunded if the goods are defective.

Returns require a return authorization number. Please call customer service at 314-773-5999 or submit a customer service inquiry to start the exchange or return process and receive an authorization number.

Machinery too large for parcel shipment (palletized or crated) is only returnable if there is a material defect that cannot be resolved by replacing components.
