Engineered for autobody shops, woodworking operations, and mobile finishing setups, this remote secures directly to the vacuum hose cuff or tool end using an integrated flexible rubber strap, placing dust extractor control immediately at the operator's fingertips.

Featuring two user-selectable operating modes, the remote adapts to machine-driven and manual cleanup workflows. In Auto Sense Mode, an internal sensor detects mechanical vibration directly from running electric, pneumatic, or cordless power tools, triggering the dust extractor to start and stop automatically without requiring physical contact with the button. For manual sweeping, blow-off, or hand sanding blocks, Manual Mode enables instant push-button start and stop directly from the hose nozzle.

Operating pneumatic tools typically requires specialized auxiliary pneumatic box attachments to sense air line flow. The MIX9990011 eliminates the need for external pneumatic sensing boxes by using tool vibration detection instead, significantly lowering setup costs and weight on air lines. Encased in a rugged, impact-absorbing soft protective enclosure rated to IP44 ingress protection, the remote also features an integrated red flashing LED that alerts the operator when extractor airflow drops below safe working thresholds.

Features & Benefits

Dual Operating Modes: Switch between Auto Sense Mode, which uses vibration detection for hands-free extractor start/stop, and Manual Mode for push-button on/off operation.

Integrated Vibration Sensing: Eliminates the need for costly pneumatic control boxes or wired connections by detecting vibrations from electric, air-powered, or cordless sanders.

20-Meter Bluetooth Connectivity: Long-range Bluetooth radio provides stable wireless machine activation across large shop floors and vehicle bays up to 20 meters (65 ft.).

Hose-Mounted Ergonomics: Heavy-duty molded rubber strap fastens tightly around Mirka suction hoses or tool necks, keeping the control module secure during aggressive movement.

Suction Flow Indicator LED: Flashing red status LED warns operators immediately if extractor airflow drops below recommended operating levels.

IP44 Enclosure Protection: Durable, soft-molded housing resists workshop impacts, dust ingress, and water splashes common to wet sanding and industrial shops.

Extended Battery Life: Powered by a standard 3V coin cell battery, delivering over 1 year of continuous operation under normal use and over 2 years in standby mode.

What's Included

(1) Mirka DEXOS Bluetooth Remote Control Unit

(1) Flexible Rubber Hose Attachment Strap

(1) CR2032 3V Lithium Coin Cell Battery

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0717/1342/3453/files/MIX9990011-Mirka-DEXOS-Remote-Control-15.webp?v=1793898405
