Frequently Asked Questions

Why aren't BIScoin rewards showing in my account?
Reward points get added to the account for orders placed online only after the whole order ships. There are a few factors to keep in mind in which reward points won't automatically update in your account. If you have separate shipping and billing addresses in the account then the order would be manually reviewed and entered. If you preorder for an item that will ship  significantly later, the system could time out to send the reward points to your account.

Can I use BIScoin to fully pay for my order?
No, unfortunately, our system does not allow for orders to process that equal zero dollars. Keep in mind that orders under $150 are also subject to shipping costs.

Do linked guest orders automatically give me BIScoin?
No. While you can link a guest order with the same email if you checked out as a guest and wanted to add to your account, it is only for your record. The system isn't able to trigger the reward points for those orders.
