Every purchase has been a great experience. I've bought 4 commercial machines and a bit of Festool from BIS, with not one single issue, complaint, or anything at all to whine about. Ordering 1-ton machines from BIS is as easy as ordering a phone charger from Amazon, and usually arrives just as fast. That's honestly a little crazy. But for a small business like mine, fast and reliable transactions are critical. I don't have time to deal with dumb questions or delivery schedule changes, as I've had from other vendors. These guys are awesome, and I'm sure I'll continue to buy from them.

I have spent a lot of money and purchased many high end items from beaver industries. The main reason is the speed of shipping and OUTSTANDING customer service. I would rather buy online from these guys than drive to the woodcraft store. The store is great but buying from Beaver industries checks all the boxes for convinient, speed and quality.

This was a really quick delivery (even the freight delivery! ). and everything was packed well, so no damage. The order process was easy and clearly documented. I will definitely be using BIS for future orders.

Had a great experience with the BIS sales team at the St. Louis showroom, they were very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions about the Super Max 16/32 sander I was looking at. Have not had time to set it up yet, but don't expect any problems out of the box when I do. Will definitely be back soon to look at their awesome line up of Laguna bandsaws.

I placed my order, and the ítem i Purchased was picked, shipped, and I recieved a tracking number on the same day. I received my ítem within three days. I'm very happy with Beaver's shipping, and will place future orders with them.

Pricing was good, the items were in stock and shipped same day as I ordered. This great response time helped me get a job completed on time. Thanks

Easy on-line Ordering of Heavy Duty Drill. Listed as in-stock and shipment went out the same day. Order arrived in a few days in perfect condition. Great supplier and great service!
